Segment moulds with diameter ranging from 2.6m to 22.6m in any ring division are all within HICORP capabilities. We have supplied more than 3000 rings of segment moulds to the whole world.

Its success is by no mean accidental. Strict raw material control and masterful welding work safeguards the reliability of every single segment mould. Precise dimension control guarantee the high quality of finished products. After thousands of rings of continuous production, the tolerance of both mould and segment is still ensured in a high level.
